Thank you for choosing Free Will Box!
Each box and reading is carefully personalized to your birth details, making every order one‑of‑a‑kind. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or cancellations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a replacement or refund — no returns required.
To request a replacement:

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact Page or email us directly at toni@freewillbox.com.

Use the subject line: Replacement Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damage or error
- Include Your Preference for Replacement or Refund (% depends on the issue)
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a refund if preferred.
Limitations

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Only the damaged or incorrect item(s) will be replaced.
