    We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or similar peer‑to‑peer payment services.

  • Cancellations: Because our products are customized, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please ensure your details are correct before submitting your order.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the purchase price.

All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    Some Free Will Box items — including candles, matches, incense, sage, and essential oils — are flammable and should be used with caution.
