At this time, Free Will Box ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Each Free Will Box is carefully personalized, made to order, and shipped directly to you with care.

Processing Time

Because every box and reading is customized, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipment. This time includes the careful assembly and packaging of your personalized items.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

  • Carriers: We use trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
